The Go Blue Guarantee is the university’s commitment to cover the full cost of in-state tuition for in-state students who are admitted to the Ann Arbor campus and whose families earn incomes of $75,000 or less, with $75,000 or less in assets (not counting retirement savings).
Before you make any major decisions about your future, we want to make sure that you know about the availability of in-state tuition for active duty, reservists, and veterans.
Visit the U-M Office of Financial Aid website to learn more about financial aid options for U.S. military veterans and students who are active duty.
If you qualify, U-M will pay full undergraduate tuition and mandatory university fees for up to four years for students:
- who are eligible for in-state tuition
- who are eligible to apply for financial aid
- that have family incomes of $75,000 or less and assets below $75,000
- who are pursuing their first bachelor’s degree
